License Applications
Initial License
The first Kansas license
One Year Non-Renewable License
Available to people who have met all licensing requirements except the tests
Substitute License
Available to people who have completed a teacher education program, but do not have the other licensing requirements met
Emergency Substitute License
Allows people with 60 hours of college credit to be hired to substitute in a school
Adding Endorsements
Qualifies you to teach more than one subject
Provisional License
Available to licensed teachers who have part of additional endorsement completed
Professional License
A second level license that is maintained through professional development
