Equipment Scheduling

NOTE: Equipment is ONLY available to College of Education Faculty, Staff, Students and Courses.

All Catalyst equipment must be requested through Equipment Scheduling. As our equipment is sometimes heavily used, it is better to reserve items through Equipment Scheduling well in advance. Some equipment requires specialized training prior to first time use and some equipment is available only to faculty members. If you need to pick up or return equipment after hours, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Please describe your problem, noting if any new software installs or hardware changes have been done recently, and let us know where the equipment is located and available times when we can work with you to resolve the problem.

Tech support is available for all College of Education faculty, staff, and students. Our staff consists entirely of college students, who are scheduled throughout the day to assist faculty, staff and students in the College of Education's classrooms, offices, and Catalyst center. They provide essential assistance with computers, printers, scanners, network connections, software, mobile labs and video projectors.

Our graphic design services include web design, digital photography, logos, brochures, posters, drymounting and scanning. Our audio and video production services include in-studio and remote production, editing, titling, and audio and video duplication.

Instruction is provided for software applications and hardware equipment. Please see our Resources page for our training handouts, and our Training Calendar for information about upcoming sessions. These services are available to all College of Education faculty, staff and students. Consultation for instructional technology integration is also provided per faculty request.
