Professor Named to Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission

Frank Spikes, professor of educational leadership and director of the doctoral programs in adult and continuing education, has been appointed to the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission for a three-year term. The nine-member commission monitors and regulates continuing education for practicing attorneys in Kansas.
